My name is David Warpas and I`m Central London based Personal Trainer. As far as I can remember I have always been connected to sport. I don`t remember not taking part in any sport. From a very young age I was playing rugby, football and also doing a lot of swimming and gymnastics. When I was 15 I decided to practice break dancing and was doing so for almost 10 years. I really liked the idea of being able to use my own body to perform different kinds of acrobatics moves. It greatly improved my coordination, balance and strength which I feel I still benefit from to this day.
With a background of dance, group fitness, personal training and fitness management I have been able to experience lots of different approaches to fitness. Body weight exercises combined with free weight exercises and high intensity circuits I would say are my favorites. I am committed to helping you achieve your unique fitness goals by encouraging healthy lifestyle changes and motivating you to do so.
I am always happy to share my passion for fitness with my clients. I firmly believe exercise is an activity that creates a sense of balance within your mind and body and it is this balance that creates a happy, positive and stress free individual.
The personal programs I design are built with a functional purpose in mind so my clients’ workouts transfer into their daily lives giving them more energy, mobility, and strength. Training towards goals with the best tools and exercises suited to the clients background and limitations is always my priority. My belief is that fitness and health is not just going to the gym and running on a treadmill, it is a lifestyle change.
I`m holder of various fitness qualifications. I train my clients at Central YMCA and also teach circuit training which I encourage you to try.
