High Intensity challenge Level 2
Today I have for you Level 2 of the fat burning challenge. It's designed for intermediate level hence some fitness experience is a must! I'm sure you can find some of the exercises familiar.
Today there are 5 exercises for you to try:
1. Wide to narrow squats.
3. Split lunges.
4. Military plank.
5. Squats with shoulder press.
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds with 10 seconds break in between. After each set (5 exercises) rest for 30 seconds. Perform 5 sets altogether.
It's not as easy as it looks. We just make it look easy. Go give it a try and burn some fat!!!
