I have for you Level 1 of the fat burning challenge. It's designed for beginners. However, please make sure you have had prior exercise experience before trying this out. 


There are 4 exercises for you to try today:


1. Squats with calf raise. 
2. Star jumps.
3. High knees.
4. Mountain climbers.
