ABS session 1👌
Today I'm going to use the swiss ball for that extra intensity.
Make sure to master plank and push-ups on the swiss ball before trying this out. 
Don't drop your back and don't let your abs to relax.

⭕ Superman roll backs x10
⭕ Pikes x10
⭕ All together x5 🔥🔥🔥👍💪👌
⭕ Rest for up to 1 minute and repeat 5 times😨
