High Intensity challenge Level 3

This is my last level of high-intensity challenge. Level 3.

This is more advanced level hence experience is a must.

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with 15 seconds break in between. After each set (5 exercises) rest for 20 seconds and repeat 5 times.

Exercises:

1. Squat jumps with dumbbells

2. Plyometric push-ups

3. Burpee jumps over the step

4. Tuck jumps

5. Plyometric star jumps
